Every body is waiting on news. i sold 90 percent after it ran. When it starts to work it will run like crazy. It will work too.

There is no right answer. If you prefer to scalp and day-trade, you can potentially trade this pair. Imo though, It would be less risky to wait for the coin to further retrace. Just my 2 cent.
