use 20 Period and 3 ATR value in case you want to use Super trend , basically it does not change much , but in Gaps it will get adjusted and does not give you whipsaws, Currently you have selected as 7 Period and 3 ATR , again ATR is median price calculations so always take confirmation of price action usually bullish candle for long & Bearish candle for short based on your understandings
