The script follow Flag Pattern in Day Chart with 685 as its major resistance. As it has support 618. If has break above 685, then it can easily reach 720 to 770? What is the scope to short this script now?

@Ashok_Rajkumar, I think you're correct, cannot surely tell if this a scope to short from this. Cipla on the other hand looks weak to my novice eyes. If it breaks 580 resistance zones which it has been repeatedly testing, might take a nose dive.
