@revealfinsev, My views here are typically for short term unless I mention. If I understand your question correctly - you meant "Is it the end of the downturn?" It depends on the lock down exit strategy and how successful that would be in bringing the economy to normalcy. As of now, there are many variables that I do not have answers for. The most advanced economies have difficulty to come up with a robust lock down exit plan.
