BANKNIFTY has closed with a 1.55% gain today. It opened with a big gap up today and headed higher in intraday. 10 o'clock range broke upside and gave very less momentum only about 100 points. Index has closed below psychological level 39000. Above today's high bullish momentum may continue.
Coming to tomorrow's trade setup, if index opens flat and a 5 Min candle closes above today's high- 38935 then we will long for the target of 39075 and 39215. Always trail sl to ride the full move.
For selling we need a 15 min candle close below 38775. Downside target will be 38500 ,38400 and 38280.
In case of a big gap up/down, wait till 10 o'clock and mark the high and low of the trading range. Trade on this range breakout.
