MARKET is a PLACE which facilitates the TRADE.
Trading facilitates the asset to get the fair value pricing.
Vegetable Market facilitates the vegges to get a price tag depending on the Demand and Supply. There are some many other factors like weather, import decision affects the price. But on any retail day it only depends on the Demand and Supply for that day.
So why are we thinking stock markets are different?
Stock Market is place which facilitates the trade to get the companies fairly priced based on their value. As mentioned in the above statement there are many factors that affects the price of any asset/stock - Management decision, Sales, Profit, Govt Decision, etc.
As an Intraday trader we leave all the key factors and focus on Indicators - Which in turn, run around the price. Which don't give any success.
If an asset is priced at Rs 10, that means all the above mentioned factors are absorbed by the asset to get the right pricing.
As a trader we have understand the other traders move and interest based on the value regions. That gives us an edge over other traders.
People who have that edge are call "Professional Traders" why can't we become one of them?
Final Conclusion - There is No difference between a STOCK Market and Vegetable Market. Both works on the same principle.
