Newbie's Corner - Fear of trading.

When a newbie enters in to trading world, he/she dont have fear about trading. And ofcourse they dont have technical knowledge. Once they lost their savings in trading, they start to realise the mistakes they have done in trading. And fear of losing money occupies their mind. Will you start a
business with out knowing anything about it? With out knowledge in it? Then why you enter to trading with out any preparation to handle it?
Because of their irresponsible behaviour people lose their hard earned money. After losing it they get fear in return.
That fear wont go that easily. I have seen so many people cant place a single order to trade because of fear, though they have gained knowledge and experience.
There is another type of people. They enter a trade, but wont hold it, though market is moving as per their analysis. See the above chart. Whether its long or short, if you are not confident, then when market retraces a little, you clos the trade with very less profit. If you are new to trading, dont play with money, learn about trading from internet. Then do paper trade. After that start with small quantity to trade.
The most important capital for a trader is "mind set". Once "fear" comes, there is no place for mind set.
