Today was another consolidation with huge volatility in intraday. Yesterday's mild positivity was just ignored by the gap down opening.
BANKNIFTY still looks negative. If today's low is taken out then we will see free fall till 39500.
Short Covering move will only come above 39600 which is a bit far from here. Tomorrow is expiry so if index makes range till 1:30. Then that will be very easy to trade. If it makes range then we will just wait for the breakout or breakdown and trade in the breakout direction.
