NSE:BANKNIFTY each levels act as support and resistance so one can trade on 3 min , 5 min and 15 min as per their trade setup and for reference one can check old levels.
@rajkpg13, these are Support and resistance level for intraday so it it takes support from any level u can go for atm ce and if it resist then u can go for atm pe but u hv to b quick in trade as theses are intraday levels
