@ganeshj6, In my free time i always draw patterns in my watch list stocks and set alert at important level. This stock i've set alert at 175. I got the alert and shared my view here. Long story short :)
I'm very basic trader i dont have short cuts :D

@srikartiram and how you find stocks for your watchlist. I'm also learning but I mostly use newspaper for my stock selection

@ganeshj6, I watch randomly NIFTY 200 stocks most of the time. Friends and news stocks also i track, but anything i follow i will surely apply supply and demand logic only. Nothing else.
Its not that i'm capturing a breakout or support level stock on spot, i would already made chart and waiting for that level. 2/3 trades i take i share here. Just back up of chart.

@ganeshj6 well create 4 watchlist. Largecap,Midcap,Smallcap,Others. Go to investing.com or money control and see stocks arranged in market cap wise. Add manually 1 to 150 in Largecap. 150 to 300 in Midcap. 300 to 700 in small cap. And rest in others. It's a hectic process but once added you will reap all benefits like seeing top gainers, loosers. Also in tradingview pro I guess one can import list from Excel sheet

currently I have 1900 stocks in my watchlist from NSE and BSE. I classified it as A,B,C,D,E groups with 872 stocks in E group
