Thank you very much for the explanation. I tried 20 and 200 day moving avg on Tata Motors daily chart. Wish I could attach an image here. But let me try and explain. Closing price as of May 4, is above 20 DMA, but well below 200 DMA. If I want to short Tata Motors, should I wait till it falls below 20 DMA? Please note, the 200 DMA is still well above the current price? How do I trade Tata Motors at this point?
