It really simple if you draw a fib extension from 2017 cycle you can see, we got rejected from 3.618. Really helps seeing the macro perspective!

I THINK YOUR 0 TO 1 FIB drawing is some misplaced
0 entry may between 160 to 170 $ instead of 1886$ thats my view not advise
