Thanks for the post. It would be educative if you write a little about the basis and reason for the targets given by you. Usually, I notice your posts have a short "Heading South", "Heading North" with the arrow pointing a target. How that target is arrived at will make it more informative. Hope you agree with my feedback.

@SathyamurthyRamanujam, I completely accept your feedback. but trust me I am thought of writing many times but I couldn't express my vision into words. At the same time I am bit lazy and short of time to put all those things.
