Celr formed chuvashov fork and broke out of the 2nd line, retested it and found support on the 4h candle close. Volume is slowly getting ramping up. Highly correlated asset with One, which has FA catalysts end of month. Celr mainnet luanch planned 10th July should add extra fuel, IF Bitcoin behaves....
