Trader's Queries

This is one of the most frequently asked question, "After 2 or 3 years of trading also why I am not making profit in trading although I am learning & improving myself ? " .
Well, everybody is different and we all face different situations in life. Everybody is unique and their trading is also unique. First reason is not knowing what type of trading suits you. Some people are good in swing trade and some in day trading. 2nd reason is not focusing on trade during trading time. If you have full time job and also trading in between means you can not make right trading decisions. 3rd reason is not reviewing your trades to know what mistakes you are doing in your trades. For that you have to maintain a trading journal to monitor yourself. 4th reason is if you have lost a big amount in trading, it prevents you to move forward. The emotion "fear of loss" will make you take wrong decisions. 5th reason is not preparing for next day's trade. When you dont plan for your trade and try to guess market movement, it wont be with clarity.

@priya61, Welcome.
Nicely put...

One thing on last point.... We plan for next day's trade and then if it doesn't work out, or even if it does, many a times we are not able to stop ourselves from trading based on calls received / seen in channels / groups etc... We need to understand there may some days BE a NO TRADE DAY... I feel it is VERY IMPORTANT TO TRADE (OR NOT TO TRADE) AS PER ONE's TRADE PLAN ONLY...

Another thing -- greed ... If we have set ourselves a target for the day and it gets covered we still want to trade.. We don't stop ourselves from over trading....

@gregferns, Pre plan reduces impulsive trading and yes market always wont move as per our plan. And greed is hard to control too :)
