Sell on Rise Near Level in Futures

This one is interesting , they have failed to take off after making a lowest low of 233 , and they try to make two impulse but failed to Get investors and they Gap down serve , Now they are heading back to 233 before coming down they are making an small Flag , Buying is not a Good idea currently , but one can Look for selling short only after reversal near the level i have mentioned , keep the stop above the reversal candle and trial it til it make to Lower level as indicated
