- Treat yourself every now and then
- Spend time with learning material that make you profitable
- Learn a new skill every 3 months
- Delete and unfollow those not catering to you to become a better trader
- Write a log note every day
- Start positive talk with yourself and others
- Drink more water and lessen the alcohol
- Avoid smoking and reward yourself each time with something better
- Fix sleeping time, as it will improve your waking-up time
- Plant some greens around you
- Do yoga 7 times a week
- Be kind
