Time & Price based Entry ( Experimental)

I am looking for Time based entry with price , this is experimental
I am looking to enter with candle start at 10.45 and ends 11.15 at price level of 451.50 to 452 , 30 Mint candle , if price drops at this level only at this specified time then i will be looking to go long , if price enters this range before the set off time then this will not be valid , if price enter this range after the time scheduled the set up is invalid
One of the experiment i am doing with time based entry , this would be only for day trade not for continues positional
