Everytime when a stock or index makes new high it won't sustain and to gain excess momentum it would come down. Backtested this very well but i don't recommend jus to follow this anyway if you want to be in game for long term use MULTIPLE CONVICTIONS.
what is your logic ? what is back testing.. when markets like india doubled from 7500 to 15400.. dow is yet to do that... US Central bankers are the ones pumping money to the world

@Parasuram, Logic was to short at Tops for 1-2 days(short term) Despite of any fundamental market will not travelling in one direction if it does that way its bubble. FYI DJI has hit Ath.
