If this count is correct. Wave 2 up should start when Wave 5 down is complete.
From the high 2-8-18 at 90.57 to the low on 2-16-2018 at 88.25 counts best as 3 waves down.
Could be a 5th wave failure. If Wave one down ended at 88.25 ?
