what does oversold on all time frame mean please ? can you be so kind to simplify it , i have just started a course in technical analysis and i did not come across it yet , i have just started though. thanks a lot.

@scousertommy, sure there is an indicator called rsi
when it below 30 its oversold but i consider below 21 as ovrsold
