Flat Top trending bottom pattern - break !!!

Price clearly trying to break the 1.35 level and failing consecutively. When ever price reaches this level it is falling big and it is in this level once again and you know what I mean !!!

Will it fall this time also or will it break 1.35 levels after 2 years of struggle :)
