With new capacities in carbon black coming online which can be used by tyre manufacturers and some of India's top type players coming up with new capacities this stock could potential start to consolidate at these levels before moving up.
Wait for a confirmation candle next week, if its a green one it could confirm the bottoming out. I would buy it on an SIP basis.
