ZOom out to weekly time frame and you will see why nifty will go up 17182.
Right now all the good news in the market will drive nifty to a new high. from the previews extension, nifty looks strong bullish in my opinion.

15700 in that area, there are weak poor people doing business. price may drop subsequently and back up again with strong momentum. The same inverse price action will happen dollar to Inr.
The market is basically looking for a discount in price. bullish sentiment remains same for medium term.
