JCP, after breaking out on earnings, has really fell flat. Now that things have settled down, it might be a great time for this rabbit to run while no one is watching. I have a first target near 9.80 and two other targets to follow represented by the green lines.

Jcp has broken out of the wedge, crossed the 230EMA and reached my first target, though not the way I originally saw it. Here is a new fork with a new time line to the second target.
