Enter the direction of breakout , usually rising wedges breakout to downside, but lets see. The advantage of anyside breakout trader and not guessing direction is , you can make money on anyside even if one side ( false break ) happens.

Comfortable breakout as expected & as perfect text book example broke to downside...
The results corroborate the view that the stock would break down heavily tomorrow.
I have shorted based on fundamental view. For those interested in fundamentals, read below:
Pathetic results. See a correction of 8-10 percent at least and stock price going back to 280 around . Every quarter management comes up with some reason for their dismal performance.
Give me a reason why this should trade at 4 times ABV when you can get other performing NBFCs at less than 3 times?
Dividend has been reduced from 4 rupees to 2.4. Retail shareholders are not going to take this easy.
All in all a major miss and de-growth from last FY. GNPA increased this FY from 8 to 9%. NII growth in single digits. Better stocks at better valuations are available.
@InsiderB, I need to thank you for initiating this. Now, I have a question, as broader market is so bullish, would breakdowns happen as per technical structure or stocks go up irrespective of results, technicals etc?
Would you also mind how the stock would react based on current futures/options OI positions?

@richdreamz, Basically I'm a Trader ( Intra n swings ), so I will just pickup a chart and apply tech tools and if it suits , I will trade. Am keeping it that simple. If I look up into various aspects like News, fundamentals, F&O positions that doesn't suit My trade plan. So I will keep it as simple as that.
At the sametime, there are zillion profitable ways to trade the market. I hope you got that & I respect every view that makes sense be it F&O OI or funda;s
@InsiderB, following up on your original post, I think the markets have indicated with todays move that the breakout of the stock is on the downside and with fairly high volumes.
