Trendshikari DTS is a mechanical trading system that generates automatic long and short signals upon meeting certain criteria. All trading systems have metrics which can be used to evaluate the system and compare it against other systems. Its been one month since Trendshikari DTS has been generating trading tips. Its only prudent to publish its performance metrics for the month of Sep 2016.

Max System Drawdown (Points) - -58.65
Total Profit / Loss (Points) - -106.90
Expectancy (Points) - -2.49
Please let me if you need an excel version with complete trade list and metrics calculation for the month of September. Can't post it in TV because TV doesn't have any file attachment option. But can send you a mail with the excel attachment.
Performance review
You may look at the performance and feel negative for the system. But please consider the following.
This is just one month result. Please consider giving this system at least a year to show its relative might.
I missed some really good profitable setups due to getting busy with some personal stuff. Otherwise am sure the system would have ended pretty close to the break even levels for the month. As you may already know am working on a pine script to give you faster and prompt trade setups each and every trading day.
System is still evolving and I have been working on some stuff in my trading lab which I have implemented
from October 2016 to improve the accuracy of the system and reduce the number of trades (saves brokerage & taxes) .
Transparency is one of the buzz words in my company even if being transparent can hurt the balance sheet pretty bad. But any negative impact is ok, as I feel with transparency I can buy your trust, which is more valuable to me. I appeal to all of my readers and followers not to give up on this system and keep trading the tips as per the rules here -
at least on the paper trading terminal to evaluate the system further.
Through the whole month I have got encouraging response from the TV community and am thankful for that and I hope that continues in to the future. I promise that my best efforts shall always be there to help you guys make money. As always am open to your views. Feel free to post and comment and question.
