Hi What do you mean by high lows to break? I can se that candle formed on 26 feb has broken the high lows that you marked on the chart but what does it signifies?

@rajatmittal001, it's very simple. If upper range breaks kt will be a Higher High. If range breaks on lower end it will be Lower Low.
Now if you see its a total bearish structure, Lower highs and Lower lows.
