diagonal kind of pattern and
had also given a false breakdown
signal but is again back up in the diagonal.

Is it really ready to fall?

Absolutely NOT as Timewave does not
support this view.

Shows a rising wedge though, which is bearish.

Ready to fall, perhaps not. But ready to correct, possibly, yes. Just my view.
