What could happen if Budget fails to Hold investor sentiments?

We are running in Pre- budget season and everyone have become technical analyst , But in order to maintain the drive there has to be significant correction in the Stocks also indices readings
its again depends on Government decision how they will look ahead of Spending , if Government decides to move with pro Poor budget then we will likely jump form this level to 11000+ and before end of 2019 we may see 12500 , if there is disappointment in the Budget then the matter can be very little conservative corrections and then everyone will adjust with Budget decision and then move on
I am trying to indicate same in the arrow marking , Lets see how it unfolds in near feature
