Index retested 14699 / 14700 again but did not cross upside as suggested earlier till the time it respects 14700 level on upside- our bias remains negative & most likely Nifty may fall to 14580 which was the low for the day so far. Falling below 14580 / Target will be 14550 / 14510 for the day.

Crossing above 14700 - 2nd time will suggest Index going into bigger complex correction
