@mrugen, according to pattern if I am seeing right , then whatever is the news it will go down wards.it can retouch the 9400- 9600 level before going down

@Vinay_Mehta, agree brother. I think When the stimul package announce market will temporarily shoot at upside and eventually comes down because I think dow30 is also topping up(C wave of ABC Correction).
