11850 to 11565 on 23/4/19 "A" , then till date "B" leg in the form of Triangle is on ?

Can this be [post 23/4/19 low of 11565 ,"A' ] , "B" leg in the form of Triangle. Then , "C" leg can open downward to complete ST correction.
