Always Hedge your options, you could also buy a 16100 CE and apply strangle and straddle technique by increasing the quantity of the position gradually as nifty approaches the expiry. Also don't wait for nifty to backtrack again, if your stoploss has been hit then so be it

dont short until 12...you can see some wild movement due to governor interview on CNBC at 12 even there are some postive news.
but yes ...it is a stiff Resistance.
