Nifty could top at 17900 in near future

According to chart, wave 3 < 1.618 * wave 1.
From bottom of wave 1 to the top of wave 3 = 3800 point.
So, the Nifty target might be 14200 or, 17900.
As, the 14200 sustains comfortably.
So, we can say it could go upto 17900 level.
