I am happy to share this idea about the TIME FRAME in implementing the "The theory of Consolidation"
In any strategy the time frame is very important.
As I already said this theory and technique is more suitable for intra-day trading rather than swing trade or long term trade.
Therefore, time frame is very important for entry and exit. Here time frame means, in which time frequency we are going to take our decisions.
Traders use time frames according to their strategies ranging from 5 minutes to 2 hours. Whereas, some traders use multiple time frames it means they will enter the market in shorter time frame and exit in longer time frame.
Selecting the time frame depends upon the strategy we use for entry and exit. Here our strategy is based on “Consolidation” we are going to use “ONE HOUR TIME FRAME”.
Therefore our entry will be based on the one hour candle and the exit will be any minute after our entry till the market closing.
