Dear all I am happy to share this idea about the TIME FRAME in implementing the "The theory of Consolidation"
In any strategy the time frame is very important.
As I already said this theory and technique is more suitable for intra-day trading rather than swing trade or long term trade. Therefore, time frame is very important for entry and exit. Here time frame means, in which time frequency we are going to take our decisions. Traders use time frames according to their strategies ranging from 5 minutes to 2 hours. Whereas, some traders use multiple time frames it means they will enter the market in shorter time frame and exit in longer time frame. Selecting the time frame depends upon the strategy we use for entry and exit. Here our strategy is based on “Consolidation” we are going to use “ONE HOUR TIME FRAME”. Therefore our entry will be based on the one hour candle and the exit will be any minute after our entry till the market closing.

Hi, My self Prashant n I'm one of your follower. My concern here is how can entry on 1 hr time frame for Option trading in Intraday setup. As there would be many Chances of entry lost by this time. Also if I wait to Complete 1 hr time frame that means if the trend reverses after 1 hour time frame than whole idea of waiting will be lost. Pls elaborate the setup as I'm confuse here .

@prashantphulke, Dear Prashant I think you are confused. You should not taken an entry based on the options chart. you should take entry based on the nifty futures chart. I means you are going to take entry in respective options (PE or CE) based on the movement of NIfty and not on the movement of options. if you can see my chart you can understand but unfortunately it is not getting uploanded here.
