I still see that black line as a resistance line in short term unless it crosses it decisively which I have drawn on the chart. Resistance won't be too strong as the volumes added in recent is huge. The long term view is still positive and once the resistance levels are broken I see the levels of 10700-10800 as the next levels. Once the resistances are broken, they usually act as support.
