Looks like a cup and handle of sorts. PANW did have a NICE retest, retracement, distribution phase and is consolidating. I've been watching this one for a while. Charts are attached below. She looks like a nice bullish trend is about to begin. ;-) OR AT LEAST, bullish to neutral.
