Idea is self explanatory... In weekly chart stock is giving breakout with good amount of volume. I have provided SL along with 3 targets. Keep in mind book partial profit with every target and 3rd target may take time with few consolidations.

The breakout candle itself looks like a shooting star which therefore indicates an upcoming possible downtrend and pnb is already at an all-time high your targets look less feasible for now, but frankly I would love it if pnb hits your targets as I have them in my holdings.
