Bullish Pole & flag formations are found in stocks with strong uptrends as well as, after a long consolidation period even.
They are called bull flags because the pattern resembles a flag on a pole. Pole is the result of a vertical rise in a stock and the flag results from a period of consolidation.
The above chart is in daily time frame and the price & time is spread acroos, But if you are looking at the weekly or monthly chart, it is very obvious.
