Hello Expert,it is said that market (operators)are 6 steps(months) ahead of retail investors. Any major up or down move may not be due to reasons like budget,election results etc. because all big positions are taken already in advance. The impact may /may not align with mass sentiments. What is your opinion on market move with the new budget? Will it be a major short OR long term crash or will the market continue in uptrend mainly?
