@Varthagam-Seivom, Yeah Sure, When you have all tools on chart drawing, you can see light Blue colored PUBLISH button. Near the Publish button, you can see a CAMERA icon. Just click on it, then you will get a pop-up with URL. Copy it and Paste anywhere in the comment section.
