Can you pls explain how price moves upward after someone (lets say operator) accumulated stock?

Its not some one who accumulates its smart money that accumulates. It can keep on creating spurts of demand like intermittent jet propulsion to take up the price. This you can understand from pattern of up move. Price up move /down move are just dynamics of supply demand at that point of time.

@masterwoo014, one has to keep a watch on the deliverable quantity over volume accumulation, because the prices moves up decisively only after it. For eg: in a bull run for a stock the deliverable quantity is huge when the stock prices falls and vice versa.

@lostandfound, I.e Asset Price is range-bound. In this above case range is Rs.149 - Rs.230.

@lostandfound, if a stock price doesn't move much and bound in a range for a long time & would be better if volume distributed evenly over the period.

Accumulation phase with stock price range of almost 40% (152 to 213) doesn't sounds right. 26 May to 28 Aug can be term as up move as well. You are calling it accumulation now that you can see rally (after facts)
