I just wanted to run something by you since you probably know more about this strategy. This is the first time I'm trying this notice the downtrend happening week before last so entered on that Friday figuring the trend would continue. I'm just trying to like you said cover my a$$ but it looks like the downtrend in the DOW has reversed. Are you still planning to hold this or close. I cant decide Lol Also thought about holding this and just buy so UDOW to cover this. What do you think? As i mentioned Im just wanting to run the idea by someone else before i go with my plan

@JuStaVoiCe, SQQQ and SDOW are currently 20% of my portfolio holding. One shorts the Nasdaq and the other DowJones.

If things stay the same it should do what it has done in the past...
I'm also considering how thin the ichimoku cloud seems to be (considering all the other indicators as well) which could be taken as weak resistance.

@Tan-WA, I cant give you a specific recommendation as I don't really know your current holding specifications; outlook, time horizon, etc....but personally speaking, this and SQQQ are still weighing in about 20% of my portfolio.

@Indiobear, Hi, to be frank I did more analysis on the DJI than this particular ETF. LOL But...11.12 does seem like a good entry. If DJI reverses we might see this go down to $10. This is really just a hedging strategy for the "Oh Sh*t" market moments lol
