Hey Roger, the chart is telling a story. It says there are people who believes the company, they are holding the price and which is forming a pattern that provides a great risk and reward. You might want to buy it and play along with them. But you must remember that are triggers like 5G and government's focus on digitization which might create momentum well before actual performance.
