Normally institutions have Methods and they follow an logic between the intern sic value and price movement on Peak levels considering certain % as premium and they tend to behave very normal price action , but this one is now currently being moved by Options Masters , Options Masters are having a Huge Funds and capacity to hold any market movements , they are existing in the market form the day Options are introduced , they are not named as institutions because they do not have any investments based on Fundamental valuation , Currently those who are selling options form retail are now squeezed and they are losing their patience , and My Friends trust me Money flow form Impatient to patience , they are also having a capacity to hold failing market only because they can make money in Option Premium ,
In my Logical idea unless you have few laces in your account to throw away , its better to stay away form options trading , or else you know now what is happening
For Scrip this one is Moving , may not move much as its on own , there will be Futures sellers waiting to add short selling as its moving up , look for strong reversal sign , and let if fall for few points , wait for pull back then enter short position , just do not enter seeing 1 Hour candle , its quite risky
