Vedanta : Absolute Risk, Potential Reward Short

VEDANTA LTDNSE

Description

Why it is Absolute Risk ? Bcos once you take the trade there is No going back, Your Risk is defined for sure & Absolute. Very well before taking the trade we know our Risk & on failure Risk is absolute. But we can't say for sure our trade setup is 100% winner, so there is Potential chance of Reward.

Vedanta just initiating channel formation, LL's indicating downtrend & reversion on trendline retest, so shorts in vedanta if it suits your plan !

Hi, I keep wondering how one is able to find these various setups from thousand of stocks ? , do you scan the charts or review them one by one. Was wondering as you analyze based on lines, gann, elliott, time etc :) Being a novice I get so overwhelmed with so much diverse studies/indicators etc that I am just not able to find a decent trade-able setup ..
Kind Regards..

@nsi, Hello, No, I neither scan or review. actually in one of the posts I even mentioned just have 5 to 10 in your kitty when you are beginner & track it everyday. As you do good with trading just widen your base, after sometime it will be like coming n picking up -- charting --- trading whichever suits you but its best to stick to fewer ones.

Don't get confused as I use many tools, its just to show the community that every strategy works if "used properly with discipline", bcos we have strong misconception that best strategies are hidden & there is secret sauce. But nothing like that in Markets :)

@InsiderB, Thanks for the prompt guidance, everytime i select a limited bunch of stock they just seems to be not moving and then I think of missing out on the wider rally :) Seems they are just waiting for me to switch to another bunch and once switched they start rallying .. :) I know I have it requires patience and discipline but seriously I am not able to incorporate disciple into trading and thats where I struggle ...
Many Thanks

@nsi, if you are interested in reading , try - Market Wizards ( just a compilation of Interviews by Professional Fund Managers n Traders ) you will know how they failed n how they are persistent in trading with discipline & patience. It's something about your psychology, train that harder :)
