This is interesting observation, are you suggesting if it breaks 109, its long. If so, what is the target you suggest and how long. Please share the link me, I am following you.

Personally I like to get into a long trade if one of the following are true:
1. The break out candle closes 1.5-2% above the breakout zone.
2. One candle after the breakout candle is a long body strong candle that has a higher high and higher low.
It is important to also note the volume (should be good above average).
Lastly, what kind of a timezone are you looking at? If you are a medium term to long term investor, charts show potentials of at least 140-145 from here.
