Silver THE mother of all Double Bottoms?

Its look like silver is making a double bottom.
If this pattern is right, a breakout in 2019 should bring us 'some luck'.

CONFORMATION DOUBLE BOTTOM!! Silver has left the station!! Target in a few months 28.. After that 50 longer term at least 169!!
